Shipping Rates & Delivery Thresholds

FREE Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over US$75.00.

Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of US$12.99 will be applied to all orders under US$75.00.

Shipping Area: Ships from the Central United States; currently only within the United States. We are working hard to expand our business. Thank you for your interest!

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), subject to variations during peak seasons. after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 7-10 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
