We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75.00. For orders under $75.00, a flat shipping fee of $12.99 applies.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information usually updates within 48 hours.

Please check around your property, verify with family/neighbors, or contact your local post office. Pearl°ra is not liable for missing items after carrier delivery confirmation. If mail theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.

Please inspect your order immediately. Any claim regarding damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to our official contact page: Contact Us with clear photos of the shipping label, packaging, and item.

Please review our detailed Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility terms. Standard non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your eligible item for a refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and shipping costs) and place a new order for the replacement item.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
• Customized, engraved, or personalized items
• Made-to-order products
• Worn earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
• Items sold as a complete set (must be returned as a complete set)
• Final sale or clearance items
• Items returned without original tags, damaged, worn, or altered
• Natural pearls, baroque pearls, and natural gemstones with natural texture variations, growth marks, or unique shape differences (these are inherent characteristics of natural materials and not quality defects)

Please contact us with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Please note: Pearl°ra does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy:
• Orders Canceled Before Processing: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing the order. If the order has not been processed or dispatched, we will gladly issue a full refund.
• Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Once production has begun after 12 hours, custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Orders Already Shipped: Orders that have already been processed, packed, or dispatched cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return upon receipt in accordance with our Return Policy.

For personalized, engraved, or special-order items, cancellations after 10 hours will incur corresponding material and processing fees. Details are as follows:

• Cancellation within 10 hours of placing the order is free of charge.
• Cancellation within 10 to 24 hours after placing the order will incur a $2 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation after 24 hours will incur a $5 cancellation fee.
